FAQ
The short answers. Anything else, ask us on Discord.
How long does it take?
Money is usually sent within a couple of minutes of your payment confirming. Solana and BNB Smart Chain confirm in seconds, Litecoin in about 2–3 minutes. Spawners are handed over in game, face to face.
How do I know I got paid?
Every payment is filmed. Your order page shows the video of our account typing /pay to you and the game's reply.
Which username do I type?
The name you play DonutSMP with. Bedrock players start their name with a dot, like .Steve123. We check the name exists in game before anything is sent.
Which coins can I pay with?
Litecoin, Solana, USDT on Solana and USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). You pick the coin on the payment page.
How does paying by card work?
Pick Card at checkout. Our card partner takes the payment (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay) and passes it to us, so you don't need a crypto wallet.
Do I need an account?
No. Your order gets its own page, which you can open again any time from Track order.
